• tax, corporate, labor and bankruptcy law, assisting Italian companies and corporations to liaise with foreign parent companies;
• provides advice in German and English to international companies, coordinating the needs of parent companies with the Italian fiscal, administrative and accounting peculiarities in the field of both ordinary and extraordinary transactions;
• liquidates corporate assets as insolvency administrator of the Court of Padua;
• graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (1993) and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and since 1998;
• obtained the title of Legum Magister in Germany at the Albert Ludwig Universität in Freiburg, Faculty of Law in 1998;
• consultancy in Tax Law at the University of Padua;
• author of articles in Rivista di Diritto Tributario, a technical and specialist magazine on tax law;
• holds courses and conferences on specialized topics of tax law at trade associations;
• Director Secretary of the Order of Chartered Accountants as well as a member of the advisory commission of the Italian National Council of Chartered Accountants (2005-2008);
• Insolvency administrator and technical consultant of the court;
• Member of the supervisory board of Italian corporations and banking institutions;
• fluent in German and English.
