Lawyer – Mediator
- deals with legal assistance in judicial and extrajudicial matters, family law, succession, juvenile law, contracts;
- significant experience in the alternative resolution of civil disputes and conflicts that arise within the family, as well as in the protection of wealth and generational handover;
- graduated in Law from the Alma Mater University of Bologna (2002)and has joined the Padua Bar in 2005;
- holds a doctoral degree from the University of Padua, Department of Pediatrics, and a PhD in Developmental Medicine and Programming Sciences;
- holds a master degree on The Law of Trust and Fiduciary Assignments;
- mediator pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 28/2010 on the conciliation of civil and commercial disputes, and holds the position of mediator both at the Mediation Body of the Padua Bar Association, and at private bodies, as well as carrying out training activities for mediators;
- speaker at the XIth ISPCAN European Regional Conference on Child Abuse and Neglect, Lisbon, Portugal 18-21 November 2007;
- good command of English.
